GARDA MARZEMINO DOC – PALPITO

The name “Palpito” draws inspiration from Giuseppe Verdi’s La Traviata, evoking an intense and deep emotion, just like the sensations this wine is able to offer. The wine presents itself visually with an intense red color with violet reflections. On the nose, delicate floral notes of violet emerge, accompanied by scents of wild berries and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, the wine is savory, with good structure, soft, and elegant. This Marzemino is ideal paired with cold cuts, mixed grills, game, and hard cheeses, enhancing the flavors of the dishes without overpowering them. Palpito represents the essence of Marzemino del Garda, a wine that knows how to excite and engage, perfect for accompanying moments of conviviality and pleasure.
